Stickers. Cards. Packs.

One machine family, four included vending setups. Match the hopper, track, pusher and front panel to what you want to vend.

01

Paper sticker sleeves

Load filled, folded paper sleeves directly. The reference sleeve is 3 × 4.5 in and about 1.8 mm thick when filled.

Optional fillable follower weight included.

02

Booster packs

Place your pack inside a reusable folding Booster Pak. It provides a consistent shape for stacking and vending.

Folding Paks are included printing files.

03

Slabs

Set a slab into its printed bumper tray, then stack the loaded trays in the matching hopper.

Check your slab against the carrier before printing a batch.

04

Top loaders

The included setup uses a printed bumper tray. Want to vend a top loader on its own? Generate matching parts in HyBee Studio.

The direct top-loader preset stays separate.

Check your own item. Sizes vary by brand and batch.

Measure the complete item you intend to vend, including its sleeve or printed carrier. Test one loaded item and then a small stack before filling the hopper.

All three sizes in one download

These are the minimum printer build volumes for the three file sets—not the dimensions of the assembled machine. Check your printer’s usable X, Y and Z space.

Included for GachaPak owners

Make it fit your item in HyBee Studio.

Measure your loaded item, enter its dimensions, then generate matching parts. The GachaPak Vend Customizer creates the hopper, track, pusher and front panel; an optional weight is available too.

The Pak Generator creates custom folding Paks, bumpers and open-end sleeves. Use the finished carrier’s outside measurements when creating the vending parts.

Before you print

Get your springs & supplies.

Metal springs are required for every GachaPak. They are purchased separately and are not included with the digital files.

You need two per machine for the mechanism to work. The linked product is one compatible option; check the selected size before ordering.

For sticker vending

Paper sticker sleeves

DEDC folded cardboard sleeves, 3 × 4.5 in folded. These are the sleeves used for the paper-sleeve setup.

The reference filled sleeve is about 1.8 mm thick. Measure your own loaded sleeve and test a small stack.

Optional · Highly recommended

Lubricating oil

Apply a little oil at the friction points marked in the assembly guide. Keep surfaces that touch the items dry.

Use plastic-safe oil. The lubricating oil supplied with your printer is another option if it is suitable for plastic parts.

Your printer & filament

Use a compatible FDM printer with a 0.4 mm nozzle. The supplied projects use 0.20 mm layers, PLA for the base and vending setups, and PETG for the coin mechanism.

Open 3MFs as projects in Bambu Studio to keep the plate layouts and per-object settings. Select your own printer and filament profiles before slicing.

Optional follower weight

The printable weight is recommended for paper sleeves and top loaders without a bumper. Fill it with steel bearing balls or sand.

Buy sleeves only if you are using the paper-sleeve setup. Other vending setups use the included printable Paks or bumpers.

Follow the saved support settings.

The hopper includes breakaway fins beneath its spring tabs. Keep fixed 0.20 mm layers and leave extra slicer supports off for that object. Other parts have their own settings in the printing guide.

A few useful answers.

Is this a physical vending machine?

No. This is a digital download of files and instructions so you can print and assemble your own GachaPak. You supply the printer, filament, two metal springs and items to vend.

Do I have to buy each size or vending setup separately?

No. The purchase includes all three machine sizes and all four standard vending setups. Print the base and coin mechanism for your chosen size, then the matching vending setup and any carriers you need.

Can I use it to sell my stickers or cards?

Yes. The Standard Personal Use License permits operating your personally printed GachaPak commercially and keeping the vending revenue. Selling, renting or distributing printed machines or parts requires a separate commercial printing license. You may not share or sell the digital files.

What if my card holder or pack is a different size?

Measure the exact loaded item. Brands, batches, sleeves and carriers vary. Use the owner-access customizers in HyBee Studio for a matching setup within the tool’s supported limits. Start with a fit and vending test before making a full batch.

Where do I find my files and updates?

Sign in to the HyBee3D Library with your purchase email. GachaPak appears in your owned designs. Presale owners, GachaPop Partners and Founders should check their Library before buying again.

How long does it take, and how much filament does it use?

That depends on the machine size, vending setup, number of carriers, printer and material. Slice your chosen plates with your actual printer profile for a useful time and filament estimate.

How is GachaPak different from GachaPop V2 and Lite?

GachaPop V2 and Lite vend capsules. GachaPak vends flat items such as paper sticker sleeves, trading cards in holders, and packs in printed carriers. All three are part of the HyBee3D vending-machine family.
